Excavation, sheeting, underpinning and dewatering for the new 32 Story Residential Tower. The total depth of excavation was 35’ below grade and 45’ below grade at the elevator pit and shear walls. Underpinning was performed at the historic Franklin Inn Club at the southwest corner of the site and at the Camac Building at the northwest corner of the site.
